Product Description
Pennine Prestrol Suction Catheters are sterile, single-use, open suction devices designed for airway management procedures such as oral, tracheal, and endobronchial suctioning. They are manufactured by Pennine Healthcare and are commonly used in hospital wards, theatres, and intensive care settings.
Each catheter is equipped with a clear vacuum control connector and a colour-coded tip for easy identification of size. Sizes available are 6/8/10/12/14 and 16 gauge varieties in either packs of 10, 50 or 100. Supplied sterile in individual peel pouches, ensuring hygienic, single use and disposable.
For use with suctions machines these catheters are universal. Used to provide access to respiratory tract to remove secretion with maximum comfort to the patient. Each colour denotes a size – see listings below for further details:
- 6ch – Green
- 8ch – Blue
- 10ch – Black
- 12ch – White
- 14ch – Green
- 16ch – Orange
