Shipping Surcharges Notice
We are currently experiencing high fuel surcharges on deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and other offshore locations. Delivery
We aim for next working day delivery to orders within the UK (excluding Scottish Highlands ) on all our stock items (excluding heavy goods such as fridges, furniture…). An email will be sent to you from the carrier to let you know when your goods are ready to be delivered, generally within a 1 hour window. Alternatively, you can provide us with a mobile number and receive the alert via SMS.
For Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and other offshore islands, 2-3 working days.
Goods are usually dispatched on the day of receipt of order. Any shortages will be notified to the buyer. Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that goods are delivered within the stated time, no liability can be accepted for any delays.
Certain items will be delivered direct from the manufacturer and can take up to 4 weeks. Customers will be notified of any delay on such items.

£5.00 fee is charged for orders under £150. FREE delivery for orders over £150

Claims & Goods Returned
Claims for shortage or damage to ordered items must be made within 48 hours of receipt of goods, or for non-delivery within 28 days of order date – otherwise no claim can be considered.
To return an item, please ensure it is well packed and returned, unused, within 7 days of receipt. Please quote your customer reference number and invoice number with all returned goods. In the interests of hygiene, we are unable to accept return of any items of a personal nature (including mattresses, beds…). This does not affect your statutory rights. (A handling charge may be levied for goods ordered in error).
