CoolMed Portable Vaccine Carrier
The CoolMed vaccine carrier is a portable, insulated device designed to safely transport and store vaccines in a temperature-controlled environment. This is particularly important for vaccines that require refrigeration or even freezing to maintain their efficacy. Recommended cold chain temperature range for vaccines and medicines is (between +2℃ and +8℃) to ensure they are effective. The carrier is lightweight and has a shoulder strap and therefore easy to transport.
Each carrier includes a basket with divider for organised storage, maximising capacity. Featuring a clear digital temperature display for when validating temperature recordings. Supplied with mains and car charging adaptors.
Designed to be robust, these carriers are often used in challenging environments. Such as mobile vaccination campaigns where access to cold storage might be limited, ensuring that vaccines remain viable from the point of manufacture to the point of administration.

If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel at any time before the product is despatched. Regardless of the reason and without incurring any cancellation charges. If you are not happy with the product, you can return it to us within 30 days of the purchase date.
Please note that we require the returned product to be returned in good condition. ie. undamaged, with all contents and with the original, undamaged packaging.
If you wish to return a product, please contact us by email on info@medipost.co.uk or call us on +44 1305 760750. So that we can provide you with the correct return address.
Once the return of the product has been confirmed with us, the return must be completed within 14 days. If it arrives any later, Medipost will be unable to issue a refund. In order to speed up the identification of your return, we require your full details and order number to be clearly. Preferably highlighted on the outside of the packaging ensuring not to damage either the packaging or the product. Products returned without such identification will take longer to process and the refund may be delayed. You have a statutory duty to take care of the returned goods. Any damage caused may void your right to return the product. You are responsible for the cost of returning the product to CoolMed.
Returns
We recommend that you inspected the fridge prior to return. Despatch by a recorded method of delivery, as proof of return may be required. It should also be insured in case of damage during return transit.
If you do not use insurance and it is damaged or lost in transit back to Medipost, you are fully liable. If insured, you will be able to claim reimbursement through your carrier. Once received in a perfect re-saleable condition and in its original packaging, Medipost will be able to issue a refund.
Please note that if any items are missing from the returned product (shelves, manual, keys etc), then you will no longer be eligible for a refund.
