Alerta Move Assist

Alerta Move Assist is an aid designed to assist with patient mobility. These devices are typically used in healthcare settings to assist in the safe moving, lifting, and repositioning of patients with limited mobility.

Helps caregivers move patients from one place to another, such as from a bed to a chair or vice versa, reducing the risk of injury to both the patient and caregiver. This device has adjustable components to fit a variety of patient sizes and different settings. These include adjustable legs for ease of manoeurring.

The Move Assist is equipped with a crossbar for users to grab to pull themselves up into a standing position using their own strength. The padded split seats pivot to seperate out allowing the user to stand on the platform. The caregiver then flips the split seats back into place to form a secure and comfortable seat for the user to sit on whilst being tranfered.

Users must have adequate strength to use the Move Assist. To safely use they must have enough upper and lower body strength to stand up and board the unit. For users who lack these requirements, a stand aid hoist is recommended.
